Greensboro cyclists got together Wednesday for the annual 'Ride of Silence' a bike ride to honor those who have been injured or killed while cycling.

A Union, SC woman has been arrested because police say they clocked her doing 102mph. She said she was on her way to a hair appointment.

Vincent Burham says he was biking on Linwood-Southmont Road on the evening of May 7 when an SUV hit him.

Wednesday 24-year-old Matthew Warren died at Moses Cone Hospital. He was a passenger in a car involved in the second multi-crash.

"We need to do everything we can to create jobs," said Rep. Bill Owens, D-Pasquotank. "We can't do enough this year to create jobs."
